My workflow process for a standard project is:

1. Analyze your company/product and competitors.
2. Create a wireframe for your website (starts with homepage) - the design stage only starts after approval for the wireframes.
3. Design the website Homepage and create the design concept.
4. Design the inner pages of the project.
5. Create the responsive versions of all pages for tablet and mobile.
