Communication was great, however the output was not as good as we'd hoped. To be fair they tried their best but it was just a matter of our design aesthetics not being in sync.
:We always work closely with customers to achieve what is needed but unfortunately our styles did not match. We focus on modern clean styles and the style you had in mind was more outdated. We were willing to work with you to reach the desired outcome. We asked you if you wanted any other corrections and you simply asked us to submit it.
