Bashar was very quick in communication and very willing to implement requests. Overall we managed to get to a decent result. At times we did have to be very explicit with what we wanted as a design and we expected a bit more initiative and creativity. We were looking for a design for our iPad app and provided the current UI as an example, perhaps providing the current UI was our mistake because most of the design was based off that, at some points I asked Bashar to be creative and please experiment a bit more. He was kind enough though to keep revising the designs until we were happy enough with the result.
