:He is very communicative and goes out of his way to accommodate and to be helpful. He exceeded my expectations and I definitely recommend him. We had a bit of a communication issue initially about what was needed, but it was quickly straightened out and was not his fault at all, since I wasn't sure exactly where (technically) the problem was originating.
